Me playing around in MS Photo Editor's watercolor effect again. The original screencaps came from Moraya's Annon nan Galadh. My new icon (not a GIP if I've got actual content, though!) is from the same pictures.

That is a really good effect. Often the water colour filtres don't really look like actual watercolours. Makes me want to paint again.

I think the saturated colors and the backgrounds used in LotR really helped; they're already painting-ish to begin with.
