So the Russian government is attacking DDOS attacks against Livejournal to shut down political bloggers. (http://globalvoicesonline.org/2011/03/31/russia-the-most-fierce-ddos-attack-on-livejournal-analyzed/) Which is bad, but I don't have the spoons to make my bed this morning, much less affect the real world. (Or is it effect? That's one of the homophones I have trouble with, but looking it up would be more trouble than it's worth, right now.)
